What the research says
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide (pentadecapeptide) first isolated from human gastric juice. It has been studied mainly in preclinical models, including tissue-injury and inflammatory bowel models. Published reviews note it has not been approved by the FDA because comprehensive clinical studies are lacking.
