Agreement

By opening an account or placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms and to the research-use-only terms.

Accounts are for clinics and medical practices of every kind, subject to approval.

Orders

Shipping

Orders ship within 5 days. See the shipping policy.

Shipping protection

Shipping protection is an optional $4.99 add-on. If your package arrives damaged, email us with proof (such as photos) and we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Returns

All sales are final. No returns are accepted.

Reorders by text

Approved accounts may reorder by text. An agent may text before you run low. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Auto-reorder

Auto-reorder is optional and off unless you turn it on at checkout. When it is on, the same items are reordered and billed every 30 days, at 5% off, until you cancel. Your first reorder is 30 days after your order. You can cancel anytime, with no login: go to Manage auto-reorder, enter your order number and the email on the order, and click Cancel auto-reorder.

Volume pricing

Orders with more vials get a lower price per vial, applied automatically: 3+ vials 5% off, 5+ vials 10% off, 10+ vials 15% off. Volume pricing and kit discounts do not combine; your invoice uses whichever saves you more.

Rewards points

Paid orders earn 1 point per $1. 100 points = $5 off a future order. Points are earned only when an order is paid, and points used on an order are held until it is paid. Check your points on the Rewards page. Points have no cash value. Expiry: [To be confirmed with owner]
